zoom connect issues

Even though it has worked in the past, I cannot get zoom to connect. It says, "Unable to connect. Make sure you are connected to the internet and your connection to Zoom is not blocked by a firewall or proxy. (ERROR CODE: 5003)." I have turned off the firewall and there is no proxy on. I have deleted Zoom and re-installed it. I would appreciate any suggestions. We have WOW internet.
