Iphone not working

I was screenshotting some things on my iPhone 11 Pro max, and all of a sudden the screen has been stuck on a black screen with the spinning wheel for over 20. minutes. Has anyone got any ideas?

As stated in the Support Article:

Try a "Force Restart." Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

iPhone 8 or later: Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Then press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo.
