Hello dajanat,

We understand that an email associated with your Apple ID has been deleted, and we'd be happy to get you pointed in the right direction for information about your data. If you sign out of your Apple ID, and create a new one, all information that is stored in iCloud will be lost. This potentially includes iCloud Drive, iCloud Photo Library, and iCloud Contacts, Calendars, and Reminders. Also, any content purchased through the iTunes Store or App Store would need to be repurchased.

Although an email has been deleted there may still be options for recovery of your Apple ID. This includes any additional email addresses you have, or rescue emails. Check out details here: About your Apple ID email addresses

There is also an option to recover your Apple ID. Steps can be found here: Recover your Apple ID when you can’t reset your password

With that said, you can still create a new Apple ID, just ensure your old Apple ID is signed out first. A comprehensive list of steps can be seen here: What to do after you change your Apple ID or password

Take care.
