app store

i updated my MacBook air 13 to catalina. when did i can no longer use the app store. the app store will just not load up. what should i do to fix it. or what can i do about it

Catalina Upgrade...App Store no longer works! Just had to upgrade to Catalina to use my Turbo Tax on my MacBook. Since doing this, App Store is not loading!!! Not even the customer service reps at Apple to fix it! ANYONE ABLE TO FIX THIS ISSUE AND IF SO HOW?? Thanks!
