Select Keyboard option not found in System Preferences > keyboard settings.

Hi, I am having some complication in using windows keyboard in macbook book pro. So, I kind of tried to modify some keys through modifier keys option as per some instruction given in a blog and vlog. But, I am unable to find the dropdown control for selecting my device.

Please help to let me know to solve the issue.
