Table cell padding (inset)

I've been using iWork for five years already, even though still staying "in touch" with MS Office, and I really love Apple's apps. The one thing that really annoys me though, is lack of control for table cell padding in Pages and Numbers and Keynote... Of course, there is "inset" setting but I would really love to have control over top, bottom, left and right separately. Sometimes I want to make one row with bigger spacing, but keep it aligned with other rows above and below. Sometimes I do tables without side borders and would like to have text aligned with horizontal table borders, etc.

"Please, Apple — add this simple functionality!"

Wrong place to ask.

This is a user-to-user community, as are all the forums here. Aple's presence (and participation) is minimal, and that of the development teams is essentially zero.

Use the "Provide Pages Feedback" item in the Pages menu to make your Featue enhancement request directly to Apple.

Barry
