None of my devices will send any messages to a specific number, that I have just added to my contact list. When I try to send via iPhone it just says the message can't be delivered, and if I try to send via WhatsApp it says to invite the person event though they already have the app. I have not blocked the number and the number hasn't blocked me, so I don't know how to fix it.

Does this other person use iMessage or are you trying to text them using SMS messaging? If they have an iOS device, they are eligible to sign into iMessage on their device. However, if they're not using an iPhone, those messages may be trying to send through SMS. If it's not sending through SMS, it may be an issue with your wireless carrier. Have you ever been able to successfully send them a message?
