I had to get a new slim combo for my iPad. I am unable to pair the new one...cannot even get the 6 digit code...and BTW, what is the “enter” key for when I do get a code. All is charged, Bluetooth ok, iPad identifies slim combo under devices but no pairing...thank you.

Thank you but Logitech is all robot chatting and previous questioners said they were not helpful either. Guess I’ll have to pay a tech person to figure it out. The directions seem so easy. Do you know what key is “enter” on the iPad... none say that...??
Thank you , sorry, I meant on the slim combo keyboard because after the iPad recognizes the new device it says a 6 digit number has to be entered on the slim combo keyboard and then press “enter”. I get the slim combo recognized by the iPad blue tooth but instead of giving me the code it just says pairing was unsuccessful due to too much time...there is a 3 minute time period in which the code should be entered but I never get one even though the indicator light is blinking on the keyboard and the Bluetooth recognizes the slim combo as indicated under “devices”. And furthermore I do not have a key labeled “enter” even if I do get a code!
The enter key is located in the same place on all keyboard, so it will be on the right hand side, and will be a larger button.
I am not sure how logitech devices connect and their pairing
All you could do is turn bluetooth off, turn off iPad, restart it and start from fresh and see if it connects
I would contact who ever made the device your trying to connect with
The enter key on the screen keyboard is on the right hand side and it has an arrow pointing towards the L.
It's hard for us to help when we know such little info about your issue
There should be a larger key on the right hand side of the keyboard that says “Return”. That would be the “Enter” key. Hope this helps.
