I bought an Airpods Pro on 31 July 2020 from Currys PC WORLD store in United Kingdom. However, when I try to check the warranty from apple website with the serial number on the box, it says purchase date not validated. When I try to update the purchase date, the website says 'We’re unable to validate your product’s purchase date.'

I’ve called Apple Help Desk and they’ve solved the problem immediately by requesting my receipt. They’ve sent a link to my email to upload the receipt as proof of purchase.
