i need to reset my screen time password

I have many failed attempts with a screen time password for my kids' iphones. WHat do you suggest?

start here If you forgot your Screen Time passcode - Apple Support

and then here If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
