I am getting Inundated with calls stating that there has been a breach with Apple iCloud or Apple Pay what is this ? A scam all # are a 714 area code. Even had one that came through that said Bank of America calling and it said same thing that there was a breach with my iCloud for a Apple Pay or something please advise what this is.

Apple does not make such calls.
All such calls are scams from criminals attempting to steal your personal and financial information. The callers will often use number spoofing to pretend they are calling from a legitimate business. The correct course of action is to hang up on them, repeatedly if needed.
