If your Samsung TV set is AirPlay 2 compatible, you can stream from your phone to the TV. See if your TV listed here.

This might be helpful as well.

FWIW, I had to do a search to install the Apple TV+ on my Samsung Smart TV. It was not preinstalled. I had to install it myself.
