Do not disturb watch

Can I make my apple watch go in to do not disturb on a schedule without making the phone also go into do not disturb.

I don't want notifications from my wrist at night but I don't mind I my phone still notifies me.

I also do not want to have to remember to push the night button and then forget to push it again in the morning.
