Do they really not have a setting for regular do not disturb patterns on the watch (e.g., every night 10p-6a)? Like they do on iphone? Seems you should also be able to sync the do not disturb on both devices, kind of like the A/C in your car

sleep time in my health app make both iphone and watch keep quiet at night by default
