OK a new Mc but you installed a lot of stuff from your old Mac.

CleanMyMac is an absolute Mac killer. Particularly more so with the Catalina enhanced security. First thing to do is find the uninstaller and remove it completely if it lets you. https://cleanmymac.com/how-to-uninstall-cleanmymac

Any other helpers or extensions you don'y absolutely need should be remove.

Then try again.

Okey, i remove IntelHAXM and Power Gadget. But i serach in google and i find that this problem is related to quicktime and airplay 2 tv's, i don't know why... People have the same problem with panic atacks, they install Airflow program for stream the video to tv's. I will test later quicktime airplay.

  1. to rename - cd /Volumes/Macintosh\ HD/System/Library/Extensions ; mv -v AppleThunderboltNHI.kext AppleThunderboltNHI.kext.original
  2. sudo kextunload /System/Library/Extensions/AppleThunderboltNHI.kext
  3. sudo rm -rf /System/Library/Extensions/AppleThunderboltNHI.kext
