Incorrect notification count

We understand that you're having issues with iMessage notification count under Screen Time. We'd like to look into this with you.

Which Apple devices are you using Screen Time with? Also, are all your devices up-to-date on software? Also, are you part of a Family Sharing plan?

Thanks for that info and choosing the Apple Support Communities. Based on what you stated, it seems you are experiencing issues with Screen Time turns off randomly on your Mac as well as the iMessage count being inaccurate.

It looks like your devices need to be updated. Please install any available updates after backing up your device then test the issue again.
