Guided Access passcode lost
Help! I forgot my password to guided access and it won’t let touch any part of the screen. Face ID doesn’t work, and I tried multiple times to guess the password but it didn’t work

You'll have to 1. put your phone into recovery mode, 2. connect it to your computer via iTunes, 3. restore it from a backup (either iCloud or iTunes backup) 4. setup another passcode if you plan to use guided access again
I have also heard but not verified: that some users had success by using Find My iPhone (on another device) and putting the affected phone into "Lost Mode". Lost Mode kind of forces your phone to get into lock screen mode. Then you can unlock the phone and use it!
