I upgraded to macOS Catalina 10.15.16 yesterday, and since that update my system will not recognize my audio interface (Focusrite Scarlett 4i4). Has anyone else this issue? If so, how did you resolve it.

Have all the latest driver updates from Focusrite
I would check with Focusrite.
Here is a solution that worked for someone else but not for me. I'd be curious to see if you find a solution.
They made need to update their driver for 10.15.6. Or, they may know of an issue.
