Slow GPU performance MacBook Pro 13 2020

For everyone experiencing issue with new high end MacBook Pro 13 2020 with slow gpu performance. Issue results in gpu not going higher than 300hz (Can be checked using intel power gadget).

I had the same problem and resetting SMC helped!!

Now gpu works as expected from 0 to 1Ghz. It tripled FPS and gpu performance.

How about Resetting the NVRAM/PRAM by following the directions applicable to your MacBook here ➔ How to Reset NVRAM/PRAM. ?

Sadly I have to reply to myself. Issue comes back after deep sleep. And then reboot fixes it. Thats really strange... Apple help needed.
