iwatch burnt my wrist

Last week I was just chillin watching TV when I felt a terrible burning sensation under my watch (sensor spot to be more exact). I immediately removed the iWatch and did not put it back until the next day, to be honest I was afraid this happened to me again, but I had to test it before calling support. Next day I took some pictures and called support to obtain a solution. They asked me tons of questions and they said this was a safety issue. They scaled this issue and they came back that same day telling me that, they “thought” it was only a skin rash (even though if this was a skin rash, it was caused by the watch, for the first time in 6+ years wearing it. Very weird). Anyway, they ran some analytics and they said there’s were no signs of my watch getting hot, and that the watch would‘ve turned off if it would’ve gotten hot to the point of burning my skin. No resolution at this point. After a week, I went to the Apple store and they did the same, asked me tons of questions and again, scaled the issue, and making me wait for 3-5 business days for a response from the safety team. I don’t know what to do, is not my fault that the iWatch is not showing signs of getting hot leaving a burnt mark right under the sensors. At the end this is an electronic devices and many things can go wrong, that’s how engineers make things better, by compilations of errors like this one (even if is a 1 in a million case) and they listen and offer solutions.
