XS Max wont turn on past the apple logo
My I Phone XS Max won’t turn on past the Apple logo.
I have tried to connect to a computer- doesn’t connect
tried the up down volume and reset button - doesn’t work.
wont do anything? Any ideas?

Thanks I’ve done that but then just gets stuck on the black screen with white Apple logo. Nothing else.

What did Apple Support tell you when you contacted them?
Yes I’ve followed all steps. I’m just charging it again now and will try again.
im waiting to hear back from Apple support. I asked them to connect to me on chat but not heard anything back as yet
