My phone couldn't on

My phone does not turn on, the apple logo appears all the time and when the phone turns on, it turns off immediately if you want to unlock it. I have already tried the method of pressing the volume up and down and then the power button. Nothing works. Please help me.

Connect the iPhone to a computer (macOS or Windows OS).

With patience and see what message/instructions will appear on screen.  

Using a Windows OS computer, you need to have iTunes for Windows.
