Phone not turning on

My phone does not turn on it only show the apple logo after restart it then it turns off again. If i hold the volume button and off button it show the apple help and support link.

Phone not turning on My iPhone 11 will only show the Apple Logo even though it is charged. I have tried the volume up button, volume down button, the lock button combo, and the Apple Logo disappears for about two seconds and then shows back up again. What should I do?
