Stopped receiving emails on macpro book, received message ports timed out, any recommendations

Mac Pro book stopped receiving and sending emails, unable to add a new email account. Receive prompt that ports timed out.

Also unable to download OS High Sierra

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.14

So I am unclear why you are inquiring about High Sierra macOS 10.13 as a download?



For your mail issues:

Use Connection Doctor in Mail on Mac - Apple Support



You do not say who is your email provider (?) but you can always contact them for support in order to get clarity that the issues is yours alone and not a server issue out of your control.
