New problem, old problem... what changed to precipitate this issue?
Is this your personal machine or a business machine bound to Enterprise, mobile, active directory list?
Check your DNS entered and make a change if necessary, from
>System Preferences>Network>Advanced>DNS
ex.
From the same Preferences pane, verify you have no Proxies set.
Test your DNS server using Network Utility on Mac - Apple ...
