Internet connection

I have a problem with internet connectivity when I'm not on a wi-fi network. I have AT&T as my carrier. I must have my phone set up incorrectly. Please help

Cellular data is a carrier service and you are paying for it.

Talk to AT&T whether your cellular data is provision properly.
