Internet access

Just changed carriers and now unable to access the internet once I’m outside of wifi. Could with prior carrier. Have 4G iPhone 7 Plus.

Can you make outgoing phone calls with your new carrier? I ask because I am not sure whether you have an active cellular service on your iPhone 7 Plus. I recommend that you contact your carrier and get this issue resolved.

When changing cellular carriers, I try and try all connections to make everything works before leaving.


try calling someone first

then have them call you back


then try internet access by using Safari browser by connecting to www.Apple.com


finally try sending imesg and get a return


In your case it’s probably your cellular provider, like Axel states “contact the carrier”
