can i manually enter a workout?

i started my watch this morning for a run. i don’t know if some sweat hit and the workout stopped or if something else happened. when i was almost done, i looked at the watch and it wasn’t timing the run. (i didn’t notice that it wasn’t notifying me at the mile markers.) the friend i was running with sent me a screen shot of her run. can i manually enter the information (mileage and time)? i’m not concerned about the calorie count. everything is up-to-date . . .

In the Health App tap on the browse tab at the

bottom then tap activity and scroll down to workouts

then tap on workouts and in the the top right hand

corner of the screen it says add data, tap on that and

you can enter a new workout and when you're finished tap on add at the top right of the screen.
