Can I edit my workouts if my watch dies?

My watch battery died just as I started my workout app and right before my 2 1/2 mile walk this morning. Is there a way to edit in the app to log my workout? I tracked it using MapMyFitness so I do know the stats. I feel jipped that I didn’t get “credit” for this workout lol

In the Health App tap on the browse tab at the

bottom then tap activity and scroll down to workouts

then tap on workouts and in the the top right hand

corner of the screen it says add data, tap on that and

you can enter a new workout and when you're finished tap on add

at the top right of the screen. Then restart your phone.

Be aware though that this only effects your 3 rings on the day in question.
