No Notifications from Discord app

So recently I was getting lots of notifications from an app on the app store by the name of “discoed” so I turned the notifications off. Then when I was ready to start getting them again I turned them back on, but they never returned. I’ve tried several steps and tips and nothing is working including, holding my power & home button until my phone reboots, factory reset, settings reset, deleting the app and reinstalling, &restarting my phone. I have the iPhone 6s. I checked the app discord and notifications where activated there, and they are activated in my settings, all three types (banners, sounds, and badges). DND is not on, silent mode is not on, my ringer is turnt up, I don’t know what seems to be the problem. PLEASE help!
