Hi, I'm trying to access the photos that I'm hoping were saved on icloud from an old Apple i.d
I've managed to reset the password on the account but how do I access the photos now? Every time I enter my log in details Apple is either taking me to find iPhone or a page that shows devices but nothing else

Have you checked iCloud.com/Photos using a computer browser to see if the photos are there?
Have you logged into Settings/Your Name/iCloud using the old ID and turned Photos syncing on? The photos sync is very, very slow. It could take several days or more for the photos to sync.

How were the files saved to iCloud? Using Photos? Something else?
