iPhone 6s stuck in boot loop

I would like to start by introducing my case, I have the iPhone 6s and about an year ago I guess due to storage overload uncertain software crash happened and my phone was stuck on apple logo screen. I tried to drain my battery and waited for it to start but that didn't work, and as I did not have any back up on iCloud not have I synced it with iTunes, I'm at loss and out of options. I contacted apple care they told me to force restart the device, basically holding the keys, the device didn't start. So I tried to update and even that displayed some error(error code 14). It was stuck on boot loop now it's in recovery mode screen. As I have not restored memory, is it still on hard disk? What are the chances to recover my data back? And will my device be up and working again after the recovery??

It was memories of 14k+ plus pictures, all my safari tabs and Whats-app chats, I reside in India and I contacted the data recovery firms near my area, they told me once the device is tempered there is no surety that the device will be in working condition, so I was scared and it was difficult to choose from either of the options. So I kept my phone as it is, it's in dead condition. I thought in future there might be some software available so that I'll get to have both.

iPhone 6s, iOS 10
