Apple battery pack case
I bought a battery pack case for my 11 Pro Max in march and now the charging cable won't stay in and the wireless charging barely works. Any ideas?

use a plastic or wooden toothpick (DO NOT USE ANYTHING METAL) and see if you might have dirt or lint in the plug in connectors. Rudegar is correct it happens with both iOS devices and the cases.
Sometimes a blast of Compressed Canned Computer Air will also clear it out.
