Sorry to hear you cannot get any cellular signal. First, I would advise restarting your iPhone. To do this, hold down the side button and pull the slider across. Once it's restarted, look to see if your iPhone has discovered a network. If it hasn't, open Settings > Cellular and tap Network Selection. Ensure this is on Automatic. If it is, tap the slider next to 'Automatic' and allow the iPhone to search for nearby cellular networks. If your network provider appears, tap that.
If this still hasn't resolved your issue, try removing the SIM Card tray, removing the SIM card and ensuring it's not dirty and is placed in the correct way round. Place the tray back in the iPhone firmly and, if you turned it off, re-enable the Network Selection setting to 'Automatic'.
