The apple TV is not connecting to itunes

I have bought the subscription to apple Tv but it is not connecting to iTunes on the Apple TV device. The apple TV device is not signing into iTunes so it says I am not an Apple TV+ subscriber.

Apple TV - Restart.     


Apple TV - Reset.
