Hello,

Unfortunately you must now fully restore your iPad to factory settings. This is an important lesson as to why it is always important to maintain a current backup.

Please refer to the following Apple Support documents.

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

You don't now!

It is too late for that now.

Unfortunately, you will be losing all of your data now.

That is why backing up any computer or computing device on a regular/semi-regular basis is so important!

Nothing we humans design and make is perfect.

Computers and computing devices can glitch or fail at any time, at any place, for any reason.

It is not a matter of IF a computer/computing device will fail, but WHEN!

Computer/computing device backups guard against these type of computing device glitches/failures.

Sorry & Good Luck to You!
