Misdirected Junk mail

All mail ends up in my Junk mail box

I did that and there is no rule to send everything to Junk. I do note that some of the mail in junk is dark, (not Junk) and some is brown ( junk) so all the mail I am receiving from Yahoo (a POP3) is not junk. my Mac is doing something to send all mail to my junk file. I also have the same thing happening from my website (Imap) and my cloud mail account. Help!
