apple watch 3 series

my apple watch 3 series wont restart. I did a soft reboot, the apple logo appeared but after that all i see is the red lightning image and the time. nothing else seems to work. Also on my iphone it shows as offline. please help

Charge the battery and then turn off power reserve mode.

This should turn off power reserve mode;

Make sure the watch is charged before you do this.

how do i turn of the power reserve mode? can i do that from the iphone?
