My iPhone 6s continually crashes. The battery starts off at 100% then after a few minutes use drops to 80 0r 90% then suddenly crashes with the battery totally drained. This happens mostly it seems, when I am using the keyboard to text. Text appears hesitant. I discussed this last week with apple support for close on an hour.He told me to conact Apple support again if it was not resolved. IT IS NOT.

iPhone 6s, iOS 13
