If the subscription was started in iTunes, you can cancel in iTunes, per these steps:
See or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
Note that Netflix no longer allows new or rejoining customers to subscribe through iTunes. If that is your situation, you must deal with Netflix directly. See information here:
