LOSS OF RINGTONE

Old and wrinkly, that's my excuse but I have lost the ability to get a ringtone when incoming calls are being received. I still have vibration and can chose which tone I require but it's not ringing. What have I done wrong. No doubt it's only a matter of pressing the incorrect button on my iPhone.

Have you checked to see whether the silent switch is activated? That switch is located on the LEFT SIDE of your iPhone and at the top. Is there a red indicator showing in the switch? If YES the take your fingertip and flip it to the other side and then see if your iPhone rings.
