Locked out of iCloud email

I deleted mail (The official app) off of my iPhone 11 (ios 13.6) To save storage and I can't re-log into my iCloud email. every time I login it takes me to the account page which controls your entire iPhones iCloud status but I only want to re-add my iCloud email.

Unable to Remove Locked Email Account from iPhone I know that, normally, I can remove accounts from Passwords & Accounts by tapping on the account I want to remove and selecting "Delete Account". However, there is an email account that I have on my iPhone that I have been locked out of and no longer need to use. When I tap on the account to try to remove it, it says I need to re-enter my password to the account in order to access the "Delete Account" option. I'm unable to re-enter the password because as I have mentioned, I am locked out of the account. I have made sure to turn off any restrictions for Passwords & Accounts. Is there a way I can remove this account from my iPhone?
