Increase the size of thumbprints

I would like to increase the size of the thumbprints so I can determine the correct file name/title for each picture. I believe that used to be a feature. I have several hundred pictures without a file name/title.

Is there a way to do that

The thumb print is not this size and it is very difficult to name it if there are multiple people such as this
