Your Time Capsule was programmed to work with your "other" network, so it does not have the correct settings to work with another "different" network.

You will need to reset the Time Capsule back to its default settings and then set it up again to work with the new network. That means connecting the Time Capsule to your router using a permanent wired Ethernet cable connection.

If you need more help with this, we will need the make and model number of the router to which the Time Capsule will connect.
