Facing problem in connecting Apple Watch

My son was using Apple Watch along with his iPhone 7 now he has change his phone to 11 pro & now I'm facing problem in connecting it.

Actually I had earlier also shared similar problem with apple support about my old Apple ID which is ****@ gmail.com

In my earlier complain I had explain everything in detail that my dad had lost its iPhone longtime back which had my old Apple ID ****@ gmail.com & later when we bought new iPhone for him we all in the family could not use that id.

later on I came to know that somebody hack our Apple ID.

but luckily we got great help from apple support & they helped us block my old Apple ID & we created new one.

Now if you'll can pls pls help me again to get my watch started.
