keyboard on 2012 imac stopped working. unable to log on to use a different bluetooth one

My keyboard on my 2012 iMac suddenly stopped working,. Can’t log on to see if another keyboard I have which is Bluetooth will work. Any suggestions?


iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.12
