iMac 4,1 refuses to power on

Hello, I recently got a free 2006 iMac and it has some power issues.

It will power on sometimes, but after awhile it will randomly shut down and not turn on for sometimes weeks.

any help would be appreciated, Thanks alot!

2011 Imac 27" powers on by itself I recently re assembled my 2011 imac 27"after relpacing the video card. Everything seems to be working fine now, although now it will randomly power on by itself. iMac will not power on. So, today I went to switch my iMac on and....... well, nothing. It just will not power up at all. Tried the "fixes" saying unplug, wait, then try powering on, but none of that works. Was working fine yesterday. Then suddenly no power. Any ideas?

My iMac shuts off randomly and will only reboot by removing power cord. Will shut off randomly and will only reboot by removing power cord. Will not boot using power button. Was able to boot and holding down R to run hardware diagnostics and no problems found. This is on 2017 imac27 in i7 [Re-Titled by Moderator]
