If my phone was stolen and they logged in their apple ID, how do I turn off find my iPhone? Since it is their login information and they are not going to get the phone from me again to turn it off with their password. Find my iphone is on.

Why would they have set up the phone unless you asked them to?

So, if you have a receipt, contact Apple and explain the situation. Use the Contact Support link at the top right of every page of these forums.

It's a little unclear what's going on here. Did you get the phone back and now you're trying to restore it? If so, there may be an option. If you are the original owner and purchased the phone from Apple or an Authorized Apple Reseller and you have proof of purchase, Apple should be able to help you remove the activation lock.

If it was logged in to your Apple ID they could not have logged it into their Apple ID.
