Iphone 11 Pro audio issues on facetime and speaker phone

What is the deal with Iphone 11 Pro's sound. Everyone is saying I sound like I'm cutting in and out when on speak or facetime. I can't hear it, but whoever I'm on the phone with experiences this. It is not the other person's phone either because multiple callers state this. I've also called my phone from another person's phone and I hear it on theirs as well.
