MacBook Air A1466 EMC2925 System Recovery

I just have a MacBook Air Model A1466 EMC 2925 from daughter and try to reset machine back to factory default. I get stuck at internet system recovery. Message on screen is apple.com/support -2002F. What is this? Can anyone help to solve. Thanks!

Hi,

It's a network related issue, if you have another Mac, create bootable USB memory macOS installer with following instruction.
